 Undergraduate Program of Nursing

Xuzhou Medical University (XZMU) began to recruit international students in undergraduate program of Nursing (English taught)since 2016. Students could study in University of Surrey UK (Nursing program ranks top 100 in QS world ranking 2018) for one year. Students could study in University of Pécs Hungary for two years (including one year internship) and work in European Union countries with the degree.

Ⅰ. Duration: 4 years  (1 year for internship included)

Ⅱ. Curriculum

Main Courses:

Introduction to Nursing, Basic Nursing ,Internal Nursing, Surgery Nursing, Pediatrics Nursing, Emergency Nursing, Gynecological Nursing, Gerontological Nursing, Psychiatric and Nental Health Nursing ,Nursing Administration, Chinese Traditional Nursing, etc.

Ⅲ. Admission Qualifications

1. 18-22 years old with physical and mental health.

2. Applicants must have senior high school diploma or above, all grades should meet admission standards.

3. English proficiency: If the official language is English, the grades should meet admission standards. If not, the IELTS score should be at least 6.0, or the relevant certificates of English as the working and learning language for university study.

4. Applicants shall abide by the laws of China and the regulations of XZMU.

Ⅳ.Application and Registration Time

Application time: 1^st January, 2019-31^st August, 2019

Registration time: According to the time stipulated in the admission letter.

Ⅴ.Fees (CNY)

Registration fee: 400 (pay at registration)

Tuition fee: 30 000/academic year in China

          Approximately 140 000/ academic year in UK

          Approximately 35 000/ academic year in Hungary

Hostel fee: 4 600/person/academic year (double room) in China

                 Accommodation self-support in UK

                 Approximately 10 000/person/academic year (double

 room) in Hungary

Others: university will help all students go through all procedures such as physical examination, residence permit and insurance. Students have to pay required fees to the acceptors during all procedures. All fees are not refundable and their use can’t be changed.

Ⅶ. Degree

Students complete the whole undergraduate study, and meet all the requirements of Bachelor’s Degree Granting Regulations, shall be awarded the Bachelor of Science.

Students complete the whole undergraduate study in both XZMU and University of Pécs, and meet all the requirements of Bachelor’s Degree Granting Regulations of the two universities, shall be awarded the two degrees on Bachelor of Science.

Xuzhou Medical University (XZMU) began to recruit English-medium M.B.B.S. international students since 2005, and now has 439 international students.

Ⅰ. Duration: 6 years (1 year for internship included)
