Chinese  Government Scholarship—Silk  Road Scholarship Programis  established by the Ministry of Education of China (hereinafter referred to as  MOE), aiming to promote people to people bond, provide talents support and  achieve mutual development. This scholarship program targets at students from  countries along the Belt and Road to pursue their degree studies in China.  Entrusted by MOE, China Pharmaceutical University recruits international  students supported by Silk Road Scholarship from the related countries and  regions.

Ⅰ Basic  Information and Duration of the Scholarships

1.  Coverage of the scholarship:

●  Tuition  waiver;  

●  Accommodation:  free university dormitory; CPU will accommodate scholarship students in  university dormitory (usually twin room)

●  Stipend: Bachelor’s  students: CNY2500 per month, master’s students: CNY 3,000 per month; doctoral  students: CNY 3,500 per month.Within  the scholarship duration, registered scholarship students will receive stipend  from their CPU month by month.Students  registering before the 15th of the month (the 15th included) will receive full  stipend of that month. Those who register after the 15th of the month will  receive half stipend of that month.If  registered student stays out of China for more than 15 days (school holidays  excluded), his stipend will be stopped during his leaving.Graduating  students will receive stipend until half month after the graduation  date

2.Categories  of Applicants and Duration of Scholarship

Note: In  principle, the courses will be taught in Chinese. Scholarship students without  sufficient Chinese language proficiency are required to take one-year remedial  Chinese language courses and pass the relevant test prior to the studies in  their specialties. For those who take the one-year remedial Chinese language  courses, the duration of the scholarship will be extended  correspondingly.

Ⅱ Eligibility  Requirements

1.  Applicants  must be non-Chinese nationals and in good health.

2.  Applicants  are not studying in Chinese universities.

3.  Education  background and age limit:

Applicants  for bachelor’s degree studies must be high school graduates and be over the age  of 18;

Applicants  for master’s degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of  35;

Applicants  for Doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of  40；

4.  Applicants  should have a competitive academic record.

5.  Applicants  should have strong scientific research ability.

CPU  PRESIDENT SCHOLARSHIP is initiated in 2016 to support more excellent students  from all over the world to study and do scientific researches at China  Pharmaceutical University, educating pharmacy talents for the world and  advancing international pharmacy education.

Ⅰ. Categories  of Applicants and Coverage and Duration

1.The  scholarship is a partial one and it doesn't cover accommodation, insurance,  living allowance etc.

2.The  balance needs to be paid by the students if the scholarship fails to cover the  full tuition fee.

3.Students  without sufficient Chinese language proficiency are required to take one-year  Chinese language training courses and pass HSK 5 prior to the studies in their  specialties and the scholarship is 14000 Yuan/year.

Ⅱ.Eligibility  

The  applicant must meet the following criteria:

1.Applicants  must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be  in good health

2.Education  background and age limit:

Applicants  for bachelor’s degree program must be high school graduates and under the age of  25.

Applicants  for master’s degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of  35;

Applicants  for doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of  40.

3.Language  requirements

HSK  5 and above for Chinese-taught programs;

IELTS  6.5 or above or IBT 90 or above for English-taught programs;

4.Applicants  should have competitive academic records and strong scientific research  abilities.

NANJING  GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP is established by Nanjing government, Jiangsu province  aiming to support more excellent international student to study and do  scientific research in Nanjing. Entrusted by Nanjing government, China  Pharmaceutical University recruits international students supported by the  scholarship across the world.

Ⅰ  Categories of Applicants and the scholarship

Note：

This  scholarship is mainly for new students and the duration is one year. 

Senior  students can also apply and the scholarship will be granted based on the  academic performance and daily behavior of the previous year.

Ⅱ Eligibility  Requirements

1.Applicants  must be non-Chinese nationals and in good health.

2.Education  background and age limit:

Applicants  for bachelor’s degree program must be a high school graduate and under the age  of 25.

Applicants  for master degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of  35;

Applicants  for doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of  40.

Visiting  students must have bachelor’s degree

3.Applicants  should have a competitive academic record.

4.Applicants  should have strong scientific research ability.

2019 CPU Jiangsu Government Scholarship Application

Jiangsu  Provincial Government has set up“Jiangsu  Government Scholarship” for  international students in order to promote the development of higher education  of International students in Jiangsu, to further improve the profile of Jiangsu  Education to the world, to highlight the brand of Study in Jiangsu and to make  Jiangsu a preferred province for international students to study in. This  scholarship will be provided to the excellent overseas students or scholars to  undertake full time study in universities and colleges of Jiangsu. It will also  include those non-degree program students and exchange students in accordance  with educational exchange agreements and MOUs between the Jiangsu Provincial  Government and the governments of other states, institutions, universities and  international organizations. China Pharmaceutical University is authorized as  one of the host universities to accept international students under the  scholarship.

ⅠBasic  Information and Duration of the Scholarships

1.  Full scholarship

1.A fee  waiver of tuition, registration, laboratory experiments, internship, and basic  textbooks2.Accommodation:  Free on-campus  dormitory accommodation (double room);

3.Monthly  stipend:CNY1, 500 per  month;

4.Comprehensive  Medical Insurance and Protection Scheme for International Students while in  China.
