Admission Information for 2019 Master Programs in CQUPT

Program Introduction：

We offer 26 postgraduate programs for international students.Students are required to complete the curriculum in 3 years (in normal circumstances), fulfill the designated number of credits, conduct research, complete the thesis and defend it in front of a panel of experts. Successful graduates will receive a graduation certificate with the master degree, according to the regulation of the Degree Committee. There are 2 English-taught programs. Application Prerequisites:

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, have attained a bachelor's degree，and under the age of 35, in good health.

Language Proficiency Requirement:

1. Chinese taught programs：HSK certificate of Level 5 or above

2. English taught programs: IELTS≧6.0 or TOEFL≧75 or Native English Speakers

Note: If applicants’ Chinese language Proficiency could not meet the entrance requirement, they need to study the Chinese Language first in CQUPT till they pass the HSK5.

How to Apply:

Complete the application procedure，submit online the completed Application Form and print a hard copy. and post to the follow address before the application deadline with the following required documents：

1. 2 Passport size Photos

2. Application Form for Study in CQUPT

3. Highest diploma;

Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

4. Official Academic transcripts （written in Chinese or English）Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

5. A  research proposal ,including the name of the supervisor and research area, minimum of 800 words must be in Chinese or English

6. Two Recommendation Letters （written in Chinese or English）;Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.

7. Copy of Valid Passport

8. The physical examinations（written in English, can be downloaded from the attachment）It must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

Fees：

1. Tuition Fee:  ￥20000 per year

2. Accommodation Fee: Twin Room ￥4200 per year or Single Room ￥9600 per year
