The University does not provide accommodation, so that students need to rent houses around the Campus.

Normally self-paid items (Current national standard)：

1) Insurance: 800 yuan/year/person

2) Residence permit expense：800 yuan/year/person  

3) Physical examination：300 yuan/year/person

4) Living expenses：about 1000 yuan/month/person

5) House rent：800-1000 yuan/month (need to pay extra winter heating annually, price is about 25 yuan/square meter)
