Nanchang University is the “211 Project” National Key University co-constructed by the People’ s Government of Jiangxi Province and the Ministry of Education, China. It is appointed as the education demonstration base for overseas students by Ministry of Education.

In the third overall evaluation of disciplines, Food Science and Engineering ranks the fourth place nationally. With growing enhancement in collaborative innovative competence, NCU has made great research achievements in Technology. Professor Jiang fengyi obtained National Award for Science and Technology Progress by leading his team to invent Gan-based blue LED on Silicon Substrate. In 2015, Professor Jiang as the key researcher accepted the award conferred by president Xi Jinping. 

    Nanchang University recruits all kinds of international students for Chinese learning, bachelor’ s degree, master’s degree, doctor’s degree and other programs.
