Dear Students

This is to formally inform that we have decided to accept you as a Henan University Self-supporting student instructed in Chinese at our university. The fees you should pay or be paid during your study here are as follows：

01. Registration fee ：
800 Chinese Yuan 

02. Tuition Fee：
Chinese Language students: 11,000 Chinese Yuan per year (5,500 Chinese Yuan per term)；
Bachelor students: (Art) 16,000 Chinese Yuan per year，(Science, Engineer, Agriculture) 17,600 Chinese Yuan per year，(Medicine, Physical Education, Music and Fine Art) 17,600 Chinese Yuan per year，
Master students: (Art) 20,000 Chinese Yuan per year，(Science, Engineer, Agriculture) 22,400 Chinese Yuan per year，
(Medicine, Physical Education, Music and Fine Art) 24,800 Chinese Yuan per year，
Doctor students: (Art) 22,400 Chinese Yuan per year，(Science, Engineer, Agriculture) 23,200 Chinese Yuan per year，(Medicine, Physical Education, Music and Fine Art) 25,600 Chinese Yuan per year. 

03. Dormitory Fee：
3000 Chinese Yuan per year (1500 Chinese Yuan per term) for quadruple-beds room, 6000 Chinese Yuan per year (3000 Chinese Yuan per term) for double-beds room, 12000 Chinese Yuan per year (6000 Chinese Yuan per term) for single-bed room 

04. Dormitory Deposit Fee: 500 Chinese Yuan (Paid by yourself. Give it in cash to the Front Desk of your Apartment, and keep the receipt. If there is nothing wrong in your room, it will be paid back to you when you leave Henan University.)

05. Textbook Fee：
Materials recommended by the supervisor (Paid by Yourself. Give it in cash to the teacher Fan in Teaching Affairs Office.)

06. Meal Card Fee：
10 Chinese Yuan (Paid by yourself.)

07. Meals Fee：
About 1000 Chinese Yuan per month (Paid by yourself)

08. Medical Insurance：
400 Chinese Yuan for half a year, 800 Chinese Yuan per year (Paid by yourself. Give it in cash to the Recruiting and Enrolling Office.)

09. Physical Examination：
 Approximately 340 Chinese Yuan each time (Paid by yourself. Give it in cash to China International Travelling Health Center;this item is only for long-term students with X1 visa who study for one year or more than one year, short-term students with X2 visa do not need to do this)

10. Residence Permit：
400 Chinese Yuan each time (Paid by Yourself. Give it in cash to Kaifeng Entry and Exit Administration Bureau;this item is only for long-term students with X1 visa who study for one year or more than one year, short-term students with X2 visa do not need to do this)

Attention:

You shall finish all the payment of NO. 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 08 within ten days of your entry date. Then, have the money ready, the school will drive you to have a physical examination and help you make the Residence Permit.
