2. Provincial Government Scholarship (overseas students coming from universities which established relationships with our university)

3. Qinghai Nationalities University “One Belt One Road” Scholarship (overseas students coming from “One Belt One Road” countries, RMB 3000/undergraduate/term; RMB 4000/postgraduate/term)

4. Qinghai Nationalities University School-level scholarship (overseas students studied in university according relevant regulations, RMB 1000/person/term)

5. Credit Student Scholarship (overseas students coming from universities which signed credit students agreement with our university)
