(1) A completed Application Form for International Students of Longyan University;

(2) A Physical Examination Record for Foreigners or copy of Health Certificate;

(3) A copy of valid passport;

(4) A copy of academic certificate and transcript;

(5) Recommendation letter (at least one);

(6) Study plan (not less than 200 Chinese Characters).

(7) Non-criminal record certificate.
