Applicants must be non-Chinese citizen above 18, in good health, holding valid passport and willing to abide by China’s laws and Hengyang Normal University’s rules and regulations and to show due respect to China’s social and cultural customs. Applicants for Bachelor’s Degree Programs must have a high school diploma and good academic results.
