Undergraduate

We offer dozens of scholarships to incoming and current students. A high percentage of over 680 students receive our scholarships every year. Students are not required to apply separately for these scholarships.

1.Bright Future Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to outstanding freshmen from outside Macao (excluding the Chinese Mainland). 
Around three to five scholarships may be awarded each year. 
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit, taking into consideration the performance of candidates during their studies in Form Six/12th Grade, 
Form Five/11h Grade and Form Four/10th Grade. Results obtained in public examinations such as GCE A Level, SAT and HKDSE will also be considered.
Recipients of this scholarship will have their tuition and hostel fees waived plus receive a monthly subsidy of MOP3,000 (USD373). The total value of this scholarship is around MOP292,600 (USD 36,300 ) over four years.

2.Scholarships for outstanding students

Current MPI students are eligible to compete for over 70 scholarships established by us and numerous donors. 
Scholarships are awarded on merit based on criteria such as GPA and extra-curriculum achievements.

Postgraduate

We offer Postgraduate Scholarships to outstanding students admitted to our Master’s degree programmes. 
The Scholarships are of a cumulative value up to MOP192,000 per person for Master’s students. 
All applicants for admission to our Master’s degree programmes are eligible to apply for these Scholarships.
The scholarship applications (together with relevant supporting documents) are to be submitted simultaneously online with the admission application on the Admission Application Portal.
