会计学

Accounting

本专业创建于1993年,是辽宁省内最早成立的会计学专业之一。目前已建设成为辽宁省""面向应用转型""试点专业。在辽宁省普通高校本科专业综合评价中排名第三。本专业采取""三明治""实践教学模式,通过系统学习,掌握""会计核算与电算化""、""财务与成本管理""、""工程审计与签证业务""等核心技能。培养具备经济、管理、法律和会计、审计、理财等方面的基本理论和基本知识,具有良好的职业素质和相关岗位操作技能,能在企事业单位、会计师事务所及政府等公共部门从事现代财务会计工作及教学、科研工作的应用型高级会计专门人才。

Founded in 1993, this major is one of the earliest accounting programs in liaoning province. Now it has been transformed into an experimental application-orientated program at the provincial level. In addition, it has ranked third in the comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate education among colleges and universities in Liaoning. A ""sandwich"" practice teaching mode has been adopted to this program. Students master the core skills related to ""Accounting and computerization"", ""financial and cost management"", as well as ""project audit and licensing"" through systematic learning. This major aims at developing senior applied accounting professionals who master the basic theories and knowledge of economics, management, law, accounting, auditing and financial management, have good professional quality and related skills, and are qualified for the modern financial accounting, teaching and scientific research in public enterprises and institutions, accounting firms,government and other public sectors.

主干课程:基础会计学、财务会计学、成本会计、工程审计等。学生毕业后,可在建筑、房地产企业及其它工商企业从事会计核算、财务管理、审计或其他经济管理工作;可在国家政府机关和事业单位、社会经济咨询机构从事管理、咨询、资产评估、验资、审计等工作,或者从事会计、财务管理等方面的教学和科研工作。也可在商学院继续攻读会计专业硕士学位(MPAcc),房地产开发与社区管理的硕士学位,以及建筑与土木工程领域工程商务与法律的硕士学位。读研期间,可以申请与英国奥斯特大学的联合培养(l+l+0.5)项目。

本专业主要培养具备影视动画、媒体广告、游戏创作和设计等方面的知识和能力,能够从事动画、影视、游戏、网络媒体、Ul设计、媒体互动相关设计等工作的应用型高级专门人才。

This major aims at developing senior application-oriented talents who have knowledge and ability in film and television animation, media advertising, game creation and design, and are qualified for designs related to animation, film and television, game, network media, Ul design and media interaction.

动画设计方向主干课程:动画剧作基础、形态构成、人体解剖、运动规律、动画创作、多媒体设计、动画音效设计、影视短片创作、视听语言与分镜画面设计、动画场景设计、漫画与连环画、影视导演艺术等。

Architecture

本专业为国家级特色专业建设点,以优秀成绩通过全国建筑学专业教育评估,在辽宁省普通高校本科专业综合评价排名第一,是辽宁省特色优势专业,有教师担任国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员、全国高等学校建筑学专业指导委员会委员和全国高等学校建筑学专业评估委员会委员。学生毕业授予建筑学学士学位。本专业主要培养具备建筑设计、建筑中论、建筑技术科学、城市设计等方面知识,从事建筑设计、城市设计以及室内设计工作,可进行建设项目的前期策划、建筑理论、建筑教育等方面工作的建筑学科高级技术人才。

本专业分别于2007年、2012年、2017年通过全国建筑环境与能源应用工程专业的教育评估和复评,在辽宁省普通高校本科专业综合评价中排名第一,是辽宁省首批优势特色专业、辽宁省示范专业、辽宁省重点专业和辽宁省普通高等学校本科工程人才培养模式改革试点专业。依托于本专业的供热、供燃气、通风及空调工程学科是辽宁省一流特色重点学科、具有博士学位和硕士学位授予权。有教师担任全国高等学校建筑环境与能源应用工程学科专业指导委员会委员。本专业主要培养在工业与民用建筑环境控制技术领域从事暖通空调、燃气供应、建筑节能技术、建筑给排水、建筑热能供应系统、新能源利用的规划、设计、施工、安装、设备调试、运行管理、设备研发、运行管理、科学研究和教学等方面工作的高级工程技术人才。

工程造价

本专业采取""三明治""实践教学模式,主要培养具备由土木工程技术与管理、工程经济与造价、建设法律法规等组成的开放性的知识结构,熟悉投资项目可行性研究报告编制和前期决策,具有建设项目投资估算的编制和工程概、预、结(决)算、标底价和招标工程量清单及控制价、投标报价的编审能力,具备建设工程合同管理、工程经济和财务管理等相关专业知识的高层次、实用型人才。该专业有教师担任全国高等学校工程造价学科和专业指导委员会委员。

Through adopting the ""sandwich"" practice training mode, this major aims at developing high-level, application-orientated talents who master the open knowledge structure composed of

civil engineering technology and management, engineering economics and cost, as well as construction laws and regulations, are familiar with the preparation of investment project feasibility study report and the early decision, are qualified to compile the estimation of construction project investment and examine the summary, budget and settlement of a project, the reserve price of bid and the list of bidding project quantity, the control price and the bidding quotation, as well as have professional knowledge of the contract management, engineering economics and financial management of construction projects. Some teachers are serving as members of the Construction Costs Instruction Committee of National Higher Education.

主干课程:工程经济学、土木工程施工技术、安装工程施工、安装工程估价、建筑与装饰工程估价、建设工程造价案例分析、工程项目管理、工程招投标与合同管理、建设工程成本规划与控制、工程造价信息管理等。开设BIM原理与应用课程。

This major passed the education evaluation and re-evaluation of national engineering management in 2007, 2012 and 2017 respectively and ranked first in the comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate education among colleges and universities in Liaoning province in 2014. Water Supply and Drainage

本专业分别于2007年、2012年、2017年通过全国给排水科学与工程专业的教育评估和复评,在辽宁省普通高校本科专业综合评价中排名第一。目前是国家级特色专业、辽宁省示范专业、辽宁优势特色专业、辽宁省综合改革试点专业和辽宁省工程人才培养模式改革试点专业。依托于本专业的市政工程学科是建设部重点学科、辽宁省一流特色重点学科、具有博士学位和硕士学位授予权。有教师担任全国高等学校给排水科学与工程学科专业指导委员会委员。本专业主要培养掌握给排水科学与工程专业的理论与知识,具备扎实的自然科学与人文科学基础,具有创新精神和初步研究开发能力,获得工程师基本训练,能够从事给水排水工程的规划、设计、施工、运营、管理等工作的高级工程技术人才。

This major passed the education evaluation and re-evaluation of national water supply and drainage in 2007, 2012 and 2017 respectively and ranked first in the comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate education among colleges and universities in Liaoning. It is a program with distinctive features at the national level. It is both a model program and a program with special advantages at the provincial level. It is also an experimental program of both the comprehensive reform and the teaching mode reform for engineering talents in Liaoning. The subject of municipal engineering of this major is not only a key course of the Ministry of Construction but also a first-rate characteristic key course in Liaoning with the right to confer the master's degree and doctor’s degree. Some teachers are serving as members of the Water Supply and Drainage Instruction Committee of National Higher Education. The major aims at developing senior engineering and technical talents who have a good command of the theory and knowledge of water supply and drainage, the solid foundation of natural science and humanities, the innovative spirit and preliminary ability of research and development, as well as the basic training for engineers, and are qualified for the planning, design, construction, operation and management of this field.

主干课程:水质工程学、建筑给水排水工程、给水排水管道系统、水工程施工、水资源利用与保护、泵与泵站、水力学、水处理微生物学、无机化学、水分析化学等。

学生毕业后,可在设计部门、规划部门、环境保护部门、科研院所、高等院校、工矿企业、经济管理部门和政府部门等从事给水排水工程规划、设计、管理、科研和教学等工作。
