The applicant must fill out the Huaihai Institute of Technology International Students' Enrollment Application form and send the completed application form with a brief resume and the registration fees to Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, Huaihai Institute of Technology at least two months before entering the university. Those who are admitted will receive a Letter of Acceptance, a visa application form for Foreigners Wishing to Study in China (JW202) form, and an Admission Letter. With the JW202 form and the Admission Notice and Physical Examination Record, the applicants may get the X Visa from their prospective Chinese Embassies and Consulates, and then depart for China to register for classes.
