Write to oice@cdu.edu.cn and ask for the “Application Form for International Students”    

send back the form and other materials required(digital version is ok) to oice@cdu.edu.cn        

receive the JW202 form and admission letter from Chengdu University  

apply for a visa (X1 or X2) in the Chinese Embassy in the country (LED)with the two documents
