1. Application fee: RMB 300 (one-time fee).

2. Registration fee: RMB 500 each academic year.

3. Tuition fee:

3.1 Long-term non-degree students (more than 17 weeks): group classes (more than 3 people), listening class is 4 periods each week (RMB 1800/term), speaking class is 6 periods each week (RMB 2500/term), and comprehensive class is 8 periods each week (RMB 3200/term). Students must choose at least two courses (comprehensive class is compulsory). Individual teaching course (depends on student’s requirements and teacher availability) is 10 periods each week (RMB 10000/term), and RMB 15000/term for more than 10 periods.

3.2 Short-term non-degree students (less than 12 weeks, including HSK tutorship); RMB 500/ week for the group of class, RMB 1000/ week for individuals.

3.3 Advanced visiting scholars: RMB 4300/ term.

3.4 Degree students: RMB 7400/ term.

3.5 Master students: RMB 9000/ term.

3.6 Short-term study group: The tuition fee is RMB 500 each week. Students can make study tours toKumbum Monastery,QinghaiLake, the Yellow River in Guide,DanxiaNationalGeologicalPark, Jinyintan Grassland,DanGeerAncientCity,RiyueMountain, Folk Village of Huzhu Tu Nationalities, and the town ofThangkaart inHuangnaTibetanAutonomousPrefectureon weekend.

Notes: For non-degree students who are arranged to choose courses in departments or college, one course set up from 1 to 4 periods is paid RMB 2700; 5 to 6 periods, RMB 3750; more than 6 periods, RMB 4800. (Tuition fee is determined by the numbers of courses)

4. Accommodation fee: RMB 1000/month for single room in International Student Dormitory, containing basic living necessities such as personal kitchen, bathroom (shower), furniture, television, washing machine and refrigerator.

5. Estimate budget of living expenses: around RMB 1000/month for one student to study inQinghai.
