Notes:

   1.  Room deposit (RMB 1000) is required before checking in. It will be refunded if there is no room damage when checking out.   

   2.  Students should pay a minimum of six-month rent when checking in for a long term stay.

   3. Single  room has 60 KWH of electricity and 3 square water free of charge every  month; and double room has 120 KWH of electricity and 6 square water  free of charge every month. Room central heating is free. Currently,  electricity is RMB 0.55/KWH and water is RMB 2.5/square, which may be  subject to change by government. 

  4.  Internet is paid on students’ own.   

  5.   Rent is paid by month. Day price will be applied if students cannot  stay for the whole month. Rent will be recounted if a long term stay  changed to a short or temporary stay

  6.  Short-term and temporary students do not have free water or electricity.  7. Six  double rooms on east end and west end from floor 3 and floor 12 are  charged extra RMB 5/day and RMB 100/month due to their larger space  compared with regular double rooms.
